This is the first stitchery that Karrie has done. Didn't she do a great job? She will be doing more I am sure.
She used a rubber stamp to decorate the frame with some snowflakes. A very clever idea. I had not seen this done before. I can't wait to try it on one of my projects.
This is another cross stitched gift from another friend. Charlotte lives in Hawaii and doesn't blog either.
Last but certainly not least is a new cell phone holder. It was also given to me by Karrie. She gave it to me to be funny. But I love it! When Karrie grows up she wants to be a Red Hatter. Thanks again Karrie.

The sampler is called "Necessities Sampler" and is from Little House Needlework. So cute and what a great gift!!! XXX Annelies
I LOVE that alphabet sampler. What an amazing keepsake from a friend. Cross stitch is the best, but so time consuming. I admire anyone who picks up a needle. I have several started around here myself that need some attention. xoxom

Ohhh.. I love the cross stitch and the snowman is fantastic ...and what a clever thing to do with the frame... love it!! :o)
I love the idea of the stamps on the frame...boy some people are so creative.
Beautiful x-stitch! I x-stitched for over 20 years and then I was bitten by the quilting bug.
What nice cross stitchings. A wonderful gift. Love your santa. It turned out beautifully. Have you seen that the last Noah's Ark block has been posted? I plan to start it tomorrow.
I love samplers. You are a lucky gal to have received it as a gift from a friend. I saw a sampler that was to die for in an antique shop recently...$1,200! I would have died had I bought it...no, my husband would have strangled me. LOL
I love the little snowman stitchery and the little snowflakes on the frame, is just too cute!
