Not Sure If This Is Legal...But

I am not sure if photocopying a pattern from my own book to use while I am stitching it is legal ....But let me show you why I do it!

You can imagine what my book would look like!

I am back a little later than I thought that I would be to show you a finish. The stitching has been completed for a while. Now I need to have it framed.

I am very pleased with my finish. I have been working on birthday projects so I can't show them yet.

Have you been to Pinterest? OMGosh!! Love it! Be back soon.

Hugs and Stitches,

Pat

Lovely colors Pat, beautiful finish. What you have is known as a *working copy* for your personal use, it's commonly done. Some with aging eyes do need to enhance original charts from time to time. It's quite legal and apparently quite wise of you to do so:)

Such a pretty piece. Soft colors that appeal to me.

Pretty BBD, love the colors
I make me a working copy all the the time, much easier and it does save the orignal pattern

Lovely project! Yes, working copies are allowed, I believe that the understanding is that the working copy is to be destroyed once the piece is completed.
